Groundwork has opened an online poll for the public to vote on which of the 30 Groundwork Community Award finalists should receive the ‘People’s Choice Award’ in recognition of their work in making their local area better places to live.

Nominations were assessed by a panel of independent experts with finalists being invited to attend a national awards ceremony hosted by BBC presenter and Groundwork Ambassador, Georgina Burnett on 21 November 2019.
Last year’s winner was Hannah’s Holiday Home – a charity that provides free respite, memory making family breaks to children with cancer and life limiting illnesses.
