The winners of the Groundwork Community Awards 2018 were announced last night at a ceremony designed to recognise and celebrate the work of local community groups making a big difference where they live.
Thirty finalists from up and down the UK were invited to the ceremony at the Houses of Parliament to crown the ten winners who work tirelessly to be the change they want to see in their local community.
BBC presenter and Groundwork Ambassador, Georgina Burnett, was on hand to announce the winners.
